I have to agree about the Pizza Company, though they have it in China too.
Ramunto's is a regional chain. They've got a bunch of places around the Upper Valley, in West Lebanon, near Queechee (I think) and some others. I'm not a New Yorker and have never had a real slice of NY Pizza so I can't complain.
I know its not in the US, but in Beijing, I'm a fan of the Tree. I hear Gisa makes a solid pizza too but have yet to try it out...
