Situation is as follows:
-Approximately 4 hours ago I purchased two seperate trips on CO.com (all CO metal) using my co.com profile. CO vouchers were applied [partially plus visa CC to pay the remaining) towards both reservations (screen confirmed this on booking)
-Received the "flight purchase confirmation" email pretty much right away
-CO.com shows for both reservations that "this reservation is not ticketed. Complete this purchase now". (It invites me to purchase it through a variety of links at the traditional places).
Is this a common bug (I excuse myself if it is, I tried doing an unsuccessful search) or is something going wrong with my reservations?
I had a similar experience - call co.com support. In my case they had to fix something.
