Hi folks - sorry if this has been covered already but extensive Googleing hasn't yielded a result

Last time I flew to the US from LHR, you weren't even allowed to bring on board water bought after security. However, the rules were relaxed in November and the BAA Heathrow website now makes no mention of extra security for US based flights.

Can someone confirm that this ridiculous rule has indeed been lifted? Got a few flights coming up soon and would like to know.
