So I spoke to several different people and all confirmed that the car (Escalade) still exists and that I should have no problems picking it up in a few days.

One of them did mention that they are making some changes; but didn't explain the scope of such in regards to the various cars and classes.

BTW - it would be a massive devaluation of service if they start to list Prestige cars by "group" type similar to the non-prestige cars.

It just may be that time to take advantage of our corporate agreement with National and make the switch.
