AA does have much nastier hubs for sure. And they just don't understand food service. The new bizzion dollar terminal at JFK has ZERO chain restaraunts. They are all nasty "mom and pop" joints. It's like they took kickbacks from the mob, or something, when picking food vendors in a giant terminal. Chicago and DFW both have issues with seating and enough food. And their airports seem to have those zillion security points that can't be staffed, thus the giant backups. Verses the small number of more efficent (bigger) security points at CO airports.
