I have tried searching for this answer but couldn't find it, hence my request for guidance here.

I stayed at a Scandic in Norway four weeks ago. There was no credit for this stay on my statement so after two weeks I submitted a missing stay form online. Two weeks later there is still no response.

Should I remain patient or should I contact someone. If so who?

The Scandic I stayed at immediately after this one posted my point within three days.

I would appreciate any assistance.
