250K miles in that last 20 months on UA, mostly in C and F, and still haven't received a business card with a handwritten note or a bookmark from a pilot. OTOH, my S/O got a business card with a handwritten note the very first time she flew F on UA. Then again, she is drop-dead gorgeous, and I am just clever and witty
