I had not flown United out of ORD in over a year. I took a flight this past Thursday to DCA out of Terminal 1. I could not believe how filthy this terminal has become. The seat coverings in the waiting area look like something out of a musty Greyhound terminal. The coverings need to be replaced, or at the very least CLEANED with some solvent. There were holes in the ceilings and obvious water leakage in several places. Several walls tilings are in need of repair as well. Mind you, this is just what I saw by casual glances.

I won't even discuss how filthy the plane was.....

As a former UA employee and Premier flyer, it's sad to see this.
