Box and pack the main unit, take hard drives as carry on.

On arrival re-seat cards (take them out and put them back in) add the drives and away you go.

As for monitor, unless you have the original package, LCD I hope, take it on board else if you have the original box, pack and check it in.

All should be fine, but take the drives out and carry them on board.
