hi,

I took the Hex to T1 from Paddington hilton this morning.

T1 looked busy and there were queues of people in club world/CE and milling around the SSCI.

I SSCI'd ( going round a few people who were just standing there) and dropped my bag off at F check in ( no queue)

Securtiy took lees than 5 mins ( from arriving at T1zone R to getting into the lounge ( F is reasonably quiet) was less than 10mins)

Ps went to the spa at 8am and got a back massage at 830am but there is a staff shortage ( one therapist is at T4 getting her pass)
