This is another one of SWA poor design parts of web access -- which they do not seem to want to fix. If you buy a ticket at the counter, you cannot get to it from On-Line. They should link all resv. with same RR acct # to the Web.
Similar problem with Ticketless Travel funds you get for refunds or when changing resv for lower priced fare. They expect you to remember all the info -- or you may just lose the Credit (maybe that is what they hope -- not very customer friendly).
As big as the WEB has become, one would think SWA would want to make it the easiest to use with as much info as possible. I know many who have switched companies (think Banks specifically) because the web site was too much of a pain or did not have access to certain info.
