Yep, it happened to me too. Sprint promised 25K NW miles over 6 months to get me to swtich back to them. Today I found out they only plan to give me 20K over 1 year.

Any advice on what other action I can take to hold them to their word?

Needless to say my view of Sprint just dropped lower then a snake's belly. It's a shame they would try to pocket a few miles by screwing over their customers.
