These are probably "jerks in training" (see the Mr Bigshot thread).

I travelled all over the world with my kids back in the day when TWA was around and always used the clubs. If a child couldn't behave, we were walking the concourses (well we did a lot of that anyway - a tired child is, for the most part, a quiet child)
