For accessibility on the JFK side there would be an underground walkway with moving sidewalks since the walk is less then a kilometer it shouldn't take more then 10 minutes even for the slowest of walkers. The walkway would be from terminals 1, 2/3 and 4 you could take the air train to/from one of these terminals if you were using another terminal.
