BNA (my home airport) has some interesting rotating art exhibits on the walls airside, and live music (country of course) at various points during peak travel hours--helps keep one's mind off waiting in line. The food is not so great, however.

I never heard any live music there, just the country artists making all the announcements, and yeah, the food there is the essence of the blow.
I always thought Austin was a surprisingly great airport. It's bright and open, there's lots of food, decent shops, and not a horrible place to hang out.
