I didn't ask for kosher food. I merely asked for something other than ham, chicken or turkey. No one ever went broke selling tuna sandwiches. I ate one at PHX yesterday. It was in a box lunch prepared for me by the Four Seasons Scottsdale.
All the restaurants that sell tuna sandwiches went out of business at the airport and that is why you don't see them. Most people eat ham, chicken, and turkey so what is your beef?
