Maybe it's not a glitch. The fares just say you can't earn WP credit. Continental determines which flights get OnePass miles. So far the rules make no distinction for cybersavers.

Sort of an unrelated thing I wonder: With HP vouchers, you can't earn HP credit, but I wonder if you can get CO credit?
