In the workplace, I much prefer dealing with people who admit their own fallibility than those who retain a misguided arrogance. I'm certainly not perfect in my job, and I hope I am wise enough to recognize and act on any feedback I get.
The product shud never have been launched untill they had asked the FF's what they wanted from the system. Instead they have created a monster that very few people get on with that is causing problems everyday.
