Yes, but they are no where close to being finished.

Paid J and paid F still have lounge access, but paid J gets bused to a remote site, not sure if pure status gets you into lounge at momenet due to lack of space.

The plan as I understand it is to have alliance type lounges rather than individual lounges for each carier or shared lounges

Agreed the current state of lounges at LAX is terrible, so it hopefully will be better soon
