Yes, you are only checked in on US. And the stupid thing is that, at least as of earlier this summer, now that you did OLCI on US the agents at the airport might not be able to print out your UA boarding pass.

Unfortunately, the best thing to do if possible for an US to UA itinerary might be to hold of on OLCI (not that this does you much good...) and check in with an agent instead.
