interesting rationale.

Honestly I'd have taken the HP flight unless I really needed the Q miles. 15K miles is worth way more than $46 to me.

But then again, just before noon is not a reasonable hour for a flight to leave Vegas IMO. I'm much more likely to be still up at 5am to leave for my flight, than up at 10am.
