What I don't think BA Nick will be able to do is give us an insight in to why these changes have been made and what benefit is there to BA and its customers. I can't help but thinking that this was a classic case of trying to fix something that wasn't broken.
Correct, although I can say that I'm sure the intent was to give a better deal to Golds and Silvers, and to have a clearer and more transparent policy overall. Clearly there are many who don't think this has been achieved, My personal view is that if BA can do some tweaking and fixing, then in general it would be OK. Obviously, it depends what those tweaks and fixes may be.
