It would be helpful BANick if you could tell us exactly what the policy is supposed to be so we can know if the system is implementing it correctly. My own bugbear is that BA sent me a mail saying F passengers would have a full selection of seats but the seat map still shows 1A/K blocked and others have been told by BA that this is intended to be the case. Which is correct?
