What is the percentage breakdown by country (registered address on AA account) of all AAdvantage program members worldwide?

Obviously most are in the USA, but what about elsewhere?

And regarding the members in each foreign country:
What proportion of total FF program members in all airline programs offered there do the AAdvantage members represent?

Where might one find this data or hints towards it? (I'm sure it's not publicly available...)
