Not sure OP's issue was, but the delay cost me 12 upgrade stickers - the ones I had to use during the four days between the date that I hit 100K EQMs, and the date that the flight that put me over got posted and my account got upgraded to EXP.
12 upgrade stickers is $360, not the end of the world, but definitely annoying.
