How many AAdvantage miles do you get when riding the tube? And do I only get them when using my Oyster card or can I get them when using a Travel Pass too?

And while we're at it how does DL post AAdvantage miles faster than AA? Do I have to book my AA flights thorugh DL, or do I have to book DL flights and have the miles credited to my AAdvantage account?
