one world not always
I have just had to take some of my wife's baggage off her at heathrow 8kg. She flew over to LHR on CX and back on BA,on the way over got the extra baggage allowance Gold card and BA refused any more than her J 30kg. Does anyone know what the rules are as I have never had a problem?
