I was under the impression you had to book Kosher in CW too, even from TLV.

You could always book a special, and then if you don't like the look of it have the standard veggie.

Generally doing that is frowned upon, as it causes BA needless expense in the form of an unused special. But in the case of the TLV route, there is always someone on board who only eats kosher but either forgot to order or where BA mess up the order, so on the whole crew tend not to mind.
