I can't find the class that the ticket was booked in anywhere. All it says is Tango, Tango, Tango...
I sent it in to the US Airways DM Service Center, and they already said no for credit, saying because they saw 'ECONOMY/E TANGO' - it does not count because they say it was booked in a E class, which is not eligible.
I just wish I could prove them that it was booked in an eligible fare class.

The term ECONOMY/E has nothing to do with "E" class tickets. It is simply Air Canada's shorthand for writing ECONOMY/ECONOME in both English and French. I have found that Tango tickets (which your "E" class ticket was booked in) do not post automatically into Dividend Miles. In fact if you look at the mileage chart that you refer to, "E" class is not a mileage earning class with Dividend Miles. However, I have had good success in sending the boarding passes into Dividend Miles and getting the points posted.
