1. Yes - all award nights include the fees & taxes already - no additional cost to you.
2. Not sure the answer to this one - regular awards may be transferred. But this is similar to the currently running FFNs which do not technically allow for the "award" to be transferred. Perhaps if you still have the T&Cs of your offer this will tell you the answer. Feel free to post or PM if you have any further questions.
