Standard room takes a bit less than 30 minutes and a deluxe room/suite about 10-15 minutes more. I have worked in 4 different hotels. Ramada, Intercontinental, Hilton and Crowne Plaza. It is the same everywhere. LUXURY hotels might give an extra 5 minutes per room. Or then there might be 2 people cleaning the room if in Asia (India, Thailand etc.)
