Other choices, Oceanaire, Bistro Lepic (in Georgetown, not super fancy - I just like it).

Also, to me the ultimate in style over substance is Sequoia in the Georgetown Harbor waterfront. Not that the food is bad, just that the view is really what you are paying for, the food is fine.
