The first time you have an unfounded harassment claim thrown at you may change your tune; I fortunately haven't had it happen to me yet, but I have seen such malicious claims cause other men to completely withdraw from non-mandatory or one-on-one (i.e., no 3rd party witness) interaction with female coworkers, children, etc.
