I would like to stay loyal to Hyatt but I think the middle tier (platinum) for Gold Passport is nearly useless for people who stay at oversea hyatt properties. There are not many vacation Hyatt properties to use the points. The SPG points is much more useful than Hyatt but too bad the I am seeing point inflation on both programs.
