There is nothing free about the AC unless you are an AAdvantage Plat or EXP traveling on an international intinerary. In that case I would much rather visit the BA clubs or if at HKG the CX club which is wonderful.
The Flagship Lounges are pretty nice and accessible if you're an EXP; there are currently only three with a fourth supposed to open in '07.
