Thanks for posting the link. I'm on IAD-PHL next month at the end of another MR.

I was fortunate that I pulled off the old green tag from my bag and took a new one with a receipt. That would have been the only way to track my bag.

As an update, I actually got a call from the baggage agent in Chicago with the 1K line checking to make sure that I got my bag when I got back to BWI. I'm definitely happy to also be writing a good letter about the situation with my complaint letter. That agent went above and beyond the call of duty in my case.
