I never received a confirmation I was on the challenge, and neither have other family members. As this is an undocumented benefit, there's not really any thing OP can demand. As has been mentioned, all he can do is try to find a sympathetic ear. Perhaps now that he's EXP as of Nov 20, that desk can help, even though challenges are not their area.
