The problem with FS is that FS is FS everywhere, just like going to McD but at different scale.

The Bulgari in Milan is reasonably unique (not many around), on our stay we had excellent service, enjoyed the spa and breakfast was just superb. Unfortunately the first offered upgrade didn't happen but they offered us drinks instead and gave a business card to contact before next visit.
