In a nutshell, the AWD number (and credit card, btw) in your profile overrides everything else.
In your case, whatever discount code/rate you got via Orbitz.
In my case the corp travel agent booked me with the company's contract AWD #. The reservation was repriced based on an old expired awd in my profile. After many calls, that reservations was fixed (by redoing it while the correct awd number was in my profile. Whilst everything seemed OK, when I returned the car I was overcharged. The agent at the booth needed about 15 minutes to sort it out (good thing I was early). In addition to charging the wrong rate, I was charged a $5.00 "extra" charge. They couldn't figure out what that was about. Asked me if I had a child seats (I didn't). They asked me (a select member) if maybe I had asked for an upgrade (I didn't)... etc. It was frustrating.
