You have no proof that an error was made...at best it is your word against theirs. Again--the only thing you can do is call back and hope that a different agent will decide to believe you and help you out. If you caused a huge scene the first time you called, this might not work as your account is likely noted that someone else is working on the issue. Still...you might as well try.
