Sorry to hear of the trouble. If the e-cert pricing is not eligible, has the price of your ticket dropped when you check it out through the regular reservation line?

I didn't have any trouble getting a voucher for the difference when my GRR-NCE dropped 70 bucks (no change fee is levied when voucher for dollars-off future travel is issued), but then, the fare just went down, but wasn't highlighted with the e-cert star.

Doc's advice to keep calling is good. If the public can get through the fare sale screens to a published price, you would think a reservations agent could!
