After spending 8 days in a very average hotel in Bangalore, needed a place to deal with a 36hr layover in Delhi before flying back to the US. Called the Plat service desk who advised me I could book a tower room at the Sheraton for 8600 pts. Interstingly, the actual rate for the room online was 575 US. Seemed good value compared to a Westin in Chicago at 10000 pts so I booked it.

Arrived at 10am and was prompty advised I was upgraded to ITC One, the hotel has 3 tiers Club, Tower and ITC One. Private check in, Butler Service, Huge clean room with Plasma TV, Free MiniBar, Breakfast Included. 2 Free Garments laundered and pressed. Attentive but not annoyingly so service.

More on Room: Separate Living Room/Bed Room. Giant Bath with separate shower cleaned everytime I walked out.

Hotel: Great Restaurants Ate at Bukhara reputed to be in the top 40 restaurants of the world. Was very good. Real pub with wide choices of beers (After 8 days Kingfisher gets a bit old).

Arranged a late check out 6pm free of charge and was told I could use the
Executive club until I need to leave for my 1am flight.

Area: In New Dehli not much to do but the hotel arranged a car and driver for 4 hrs at a cost of about 40 bucks to take me around town to see the sites. Nice Pool (bit cold in Dec).

Overall was a great place to unwind prior to a long flight. Would be a good choice for Business or Leisure travel especially if you get ITC One.
