I have been a SPG PLAT for many years but still totally confused on which hotels give free local phone access as well as -1-800 access. This can add up quickly to serious dollars.

Can anyone clarify this policy for me or is it property to property. If so, shouldn't it be clearly stated on each hotels info as a benefit???

It is certainly not done on a category by category basis, more likely a hotel to hotel basis, even country to country basis. ?????? I can easily spend $25-50 a day on phone charges even with charging my long distance to my calling card.

I really want clarity on this issue.....and thats right I do not have a cell phone in NA.
