LHR & YVR are the only two airports AC has arrivals lounges at.
The T1 MLL lounge and it's associated showers are behind security. It's not just connecting pax that can use the lounge, departing pax can as well.

Other than buying a full fare ticket, checking in, going to the lounge for a shower and then cancelling your flight, there is no other way to get to the MLL shower.
