I've only flown this flight in F, but I am quite sure that there is a dinner meal service in Y immediately after takeoff. Not sure if Y has a snack service between meals (like F/J do), but I think CX has the packaged noodle bowls in Y (just add hot water). While the meal service for the late flight is a bit lighter, it is still ample food and better than most of what you can get in the TBIT terminal.
