While I find both the complaint by the Rabbi and the subsequent response by the Port of Seattle regrettable, this topic would equally apply to all the airlines serving Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and not just Alaska and Horizon.

Therefore, I am moving it to the Travel & Dining - West forum as that seems to be the best location.
