Currently holding two reservations on the same flight -- what will happen?

Hi there.

I currently have two reservations on FRA-STR, same date, same flight.

1) E-Class FRA-STR
2) B-Class NRT-FRA-STR

I'll rebook 2) to a later date because I acquired "alternative" transportation NRT-FRA,STR-NRT.

Can I still wait for a while with the rebooking or should I do it as quickly as possible before someone or something notices the "double" reservation. What would happen then?
