I was thinking same thing. So, basically the seasonality of US-LON/LON-RAK need to be met if people want to take advantage of these.

e.g
BA: LON-RAK GBP 11.00 (one-way, ELLGWGT)

SEASONS - 01NOV-13DEC DEPARTURE FIRST INTERNATIONAL SECTOR
01JAN-07FEB DEPARTURE FIRST INTERNATIONAL SECTOR

Edited: The LON-RAK fare is always such cheap? ($140-$150 all-in)
