Yes, she sounds like a great gal. I have yet to encounter such great people with NWA/KLM - except for that one check-in agent who acted annoyed at my presence and then handed me a pass for the business lounge and a business class boarding pass (I was flying rather discounted coach) without a word. The attitude was not great, but the end result pretty nice. :-)
