350/353 will have less room, NO sightseer Lounge, NO Dining Car (only a snack car) and NO Sleeping cars.
The Wolverine is indeed a single level train and it will not have the Sightseer lounge, plus of course no dining car or sleepers. It may be running with Amfleet I cars, but more likely it will be running with Horizon coaches. Neither of those coaches will provide quite the roomier seats that would be found on the City of New Orleans.
The seats are still not terrible and are probably better than what one would find in an airplane.
